Green Luo is a famous green tea from Hunan province. In Chinese language, the word "Luo" refers to the "snail". Literally tea is rolled into the shape like a snail. The flavor of this tea is very refreshing and flowery. It doesn't give smoky flavor like that of gunpowder tea.. The distinctive flowery flavor comes from this unique cultivar. This cultivar was typically developed in Hunan province. The high altitude, rocky environment and the clay that is rich in iron produces tea with high mineral content and intense flavor.
