PROPERTIES OF MORINGA LEAVES
Moringa oleifera, commonly known as moringa or drumstick tree, is a tree that grows in tropical areas and can reach a height of 10 meters. Moringa leaves have a pleasant and slightly pungent taste and can be consumed fresh or cooked. Dried and crushed moringa leaves are widely used to flavor teas and herbal infusions because of the incredibly high density of healthy compounds, Vitamin A, Vitamin C and potassium in particular.
