THE PROPERTIES OF MALLOW
Mallow is a flowering plant growing in the temperate regions of Asia and Europe. Its purple flowers are widely used in cooking and herbal medicine because of their mild flavor and extraordinary properties. Mallow has emollient effects and great benefits for the eyes, the mucous membranes and the respiratory system. It is rich in potassium, vitamins, pectin and mucilage, a glycoprotein that enhances the functionality of the digestive system and the expulsion of toxins.
