HOW TO MAKE POUR-OVER COFFEE WITH A DRIPPER
Drippers allow to prepare filter coffee without the need of a coffee maker. Place the dripper on the jug or the cup where you will serve or drink the coffee. Put the coffee (make sure it's ground for filter coffee) in the dripper inside a conical paper filter and pour a small amount of nearly-boiling water (203°F). After 30-40 seconds, when a thick foam appears, you may start the full infusion, gradually pouring the rest of the water until the coffee is completely filtered.
